At each 120-minute gathering, we cover a single real-life, practical leadership module designed to result in true knowledge transfer and skill development.
With a small amount of pre-workshop work and post-workshop activity and accountability, each participant receives extended exposure to each leadership concept. This allows for real learning and application to take place.

Jeff is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries and with organizations of all sizes.
A podcaster, coach, facilitator, and conference speaker, Jeff has a passion for speaking truth to leaders about their tremendous responsibility and impact on others.
Jeff is an authorized partner for Everything DiSC and is currently developing a personality-based leadership construct centered on the principles of "shepherd-style" leadership.
The Real-Life Leadership workshops are guided by certified, experienced facilitator/coaches after receiving intensive personal training by Jeff DeWolf.
