Module Summary
Leadership effectiveness starts with a deep understanding of the people on the team. Leadership is not a one-size-fits-all proposition.
Using Everything DiSC® personal assessment, and a simple readiness assessment that considers willingness and ability, this module equips leaders to understand both their own priorities and tendencies, as well as how to assess those of their people.
This module discusses the importance of adjusting leadership style to match the needs, preferences, and willingness, and abilities of individual team members.

Pre-work: View a short 10-minute pre-workshop content video, and complete the associated fill-in-the-blank video worksheet.
Workshop:
90 minutes of interaction, networking, and application
Post-work:
Review a couple of short encouraging messages delivered via email or text.
