Our terminals connect automatically via a secure cellular network (GSM or CDMA). No need to maintain a WiFi connection, or be concerned with IT security. If you get a cell signal in the location of the terminal, it will work!

Our standard (non-touchscreen) terminals require no power. A three-year battery life allows for complete portability. Our Smiley Touch terminals do require power to maintain a charge, but when disconnected, will continue to gather feedback for up to eight hours

The Smiley Touch terminal is enhanced with customizable follow-up questions created by you. You may create a set of follow-up reasons for both the positive smiley choices, and the negative if desired. In addition, the Touch allows for open feedback and comments by displaying a keyboard when requested by users.

Our reporting service collects and analyzes your response data and displays results in a clear and customizable format. The ability to see your results on a daily or even real-time basis makes improvement initiatives easy to identify, track, and validate.
