Season Three - "Breaking the Cycle"
We've spent two seasons exploring the depths of bad bossmanship. Season One looked at terrible sins committed by some of the worst bosses we've ever heard of. Season Two switched gears to discuss "sins of omission" and the many things that bad bosses fail to do in leading people.
In Season Three, we're flipping the tables to focus on the "how not to be one" part of our podcast. In this season, we use Jeff's new book
"Leaders Lead: The Mindset and Skillset of Real-Life Leadership"
as a guide to discuss what leadership truly is in real life. We think these discussions will help you break the cycle in two ways: 1) not repeating the same mistakes of your bad bosses, and 2) giving you assistance in managing up the chain to get what you need. Here's the line up:

Good bosses are those that are becoming more and more "integrated."
